I have paid, but not accessed a product key.

Hello, I tried to buy Affinity-Designer yesterday using a MasterCard. I entered the card details as usual, then pressed pay with card and then I had to enter a code that I received by SMS. When I confirmed this, there was an error message in red and it did not work. Nevertheless, the amount of 54.99 Euro was debited from my account twice and I did not receive a product key. Can you help me, what can I do ?
