Exporting Tiffs for Print company

Recommended Posts

I'm printing from Bay Photo... A bay photo rep oddly told me that i should upload 8bit tiffs (not jpegs)... When exporting the 16 bit tiff into a 8 bit tiff, do I check the save affinity layers box???? Also do i pick Bicubic????

For printing only, use 8-bit, no layers. Resampling should not matter unless you rescale image, but I would select bicubic or Lanczos anyway (I think this is also used if you have scaled layers in you composition). You should also have right colour profile...
