Electrokate
Hi, been googling this for hours as I am designing vector files that get exported to Cricut, and they are too large for the Cricut software to flatten. Anything with more than 10 letters overwhelms it on a MacBook Pro, it’s really sad. Anyways am hoping if I first flatten the entire design in designer as an SVG vector drawing that it will export into something Cricut has less trouble with. I select all layers and look for flatten all as an option in designer but it doesn’t appear. Is there an additional step aside from selecting? It works on the same document if I import it into Affinity Photo on the MacBook, but flattens into pixels instead of vector lines. Ideas? This will flatten the layers. Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). Electrokate
Thank you, I thought it worked a different way. Merged everything down and Cricut isn’t freaking out over the size of the file anymore. kate DM1
