Wowbagger
Although the isometric grid tools are awesome I'm dearly missing a proper perspective grid or perspective tool on Affinity Designer. The other day I found the perspective adjustment in Photo and lo and behold, I can apply that in Photo and then it works in Designer. Kind of. The problem is that when I have a group with vector layers and I apply a perspective adjustment to it in Photo, then go back to Designer it'll start hogging the CPU like crazy and I start getting weird square artifacts on the screen, which won't stop until I hide the layer with the perspective adjustment applied to. It's a real shame. I really want that perspective tool in Designer it would make my job so much easier to create backgrounds for my animation project, so I was wondering (since all your apps are using the same file format) whether there are any plans to make sure Designer and Photo have the same toolset and all tools work properly in both apps? Also any plans for adding a perspective grid tool to the already awesome grid toolset? (I'm on a MacBook Pro 16", with a Razer Core X eGPU and a Radeon RX Vega 64 GPU, running macOS 10.15.5, I have set Affinity to use Metal for GPU acceleration).
