Publisher "Find" command..

Hi all

Is there any way to get Publisher to search for text in embedded documents?

I keep embedding Designer docs in Publisher but it seems to be unable to search and replace unless I edit the original. I know I should be editing the original but I'm just sooo lazy and I'd like to do it my way

AFAIK there is no way for searching in embedded documents, although a good idea. I wonder if this is technically possible since Preflight can already look up and check linked documents.
