Lukatony Posted June 3, 2020 Share Posted June 3, 2020 (edited) Hello guys, I'm downloading the trial of Affinity Designer & Publisher and when I'm about to install the software a failure shows up. I tried so many times and it stills appearing. Can anybody give me a solution for this problem? By the way I've been trying so many versions as well like 1.8.2, 1.8.1, 1.8.3... Then give us a screenshot of the information dialog. Have you tried restarting Windows before you run the installer? If that doesn't help, try right-clicking on the installer and choosing Run as Administrator. If that still doesn't help, It might help to see your Setup.log and SetupUI.log files.
