Johannes.txr Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 Hi! I use the program "Adobe Bridge 2020" to sort my pictures with Affinity Photo before editing. Is it possible to save Affnity Photo's edited photos as an ".xmp" file so that they can be displayed in Adobe Bridge. Kind regards Quote
John Rostron Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 No. The .xmp file is used by Adobe Camera Raw and Photoshop (and a few other programs) as a record of changes during the development process. Affinity does not use such files, though it is rumoured that they might do so in the future. Adobe Bridge should display your raw files and any exported jpg, tiff etc files. Whether it displays your .afphoto files will depend on what Operating System codecs you have installed. John Quote Windows 11, Affinity Photo 2.4.2 Designer 2.4.2 and Publisher 2.4.2 (mainly Photo). CPU: Intel Core i5 8500 @ 3.00GHz. RAM: 32.0GB DDR4 @ 1063MHz, Graphics: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
