Ivan Barge Posted May 7, 2020 Posted May 7, 2020 Hi There, I'm loving the Affinity software. I'm not using it to its full power as I'm not a designer, but great for making docs. I just got sent a PDF created in AI, which has layers and a workspace when opened in AI, but when I open in any of the Affinity programs I just get a page and none of the other elements around that page that I can view in AI. What am I doing wrong? Is there a better file type to get sent that will work in Affinity so I can see all the elements around the page? All the best, Ivan

It seems to be, that everything around the drawing area will be discarded on import.
