Vlasta Posted May 6, 2020 Posted May 6, 2020 Hi, I used to use Color replacement brush tool before and everything worked just fine. I don´t know if I made some setting change or something, but now I am not able to achieve desired final color. As seen on the picture bellow I need to repaint the red tool cart to blue on the left, but getting completely different shade (on the cart). What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance. Quote
firstdefence Posted May 6, 2020 Posted May 6, 2020 In the screenshot you have the standard Paintbrush selected. Anyway, the replacement colour brush changes the sampled colours hue, this is demonstrated in the image below with two rectangles created with the blue and the red and the blue rectangles blend mode set to Hue, this results in the same colour as the colour replacement brush is producing. Vlasta Posted May 6, 2020 Author Posted May 6, 2020 (edited) Well, I understand, but what am I supposed to do to get the required color? I used to take the primary color by color picker from a reference picture and repainted. How come it worked before? Edited May 6, 2020 by Vlasta TihoS 1 Quote
