PAYMENT PROBLEM

HI, I recently purchase both of your programs designer and photo, while I was clicking paying a red square drops out with "Your payment has been declined, please try again" and then a had not the keys nor programs. But I checked my bank account and the money was taken from there. 

Hope you guys can help me to fix this problem
