Hi Agnaldo, first, it’s not a good idea to post email addresses on forums. They get 'harvested' and you will start receiving all sorts of unwanted crap.

In answer to your question it is not currently possible to write a macro on the iPad version.  An alternative might be to create the text layer and then save it as an Asset within the app. Then you can simply insert the asset into new documents.
