Every time I update the AffDes software (done immediately), the install fails after getting all the way through the process.  So far, the work-around is to uninstall AffDes, restart my computer (MS Surface), and then go back to download the newest version.  This is unwieldy, annoying, and slowing me down.  Please address, especially since you update so regularly.

Hi GrouchyInSeattle and Welcome to the Forums,

Could you check this location for me:

%appdata%AffinitySetup

There should be a few folders in there with some dates on.  If you can find a date where the install failed and reply here with that log file, i'll be happy to see what caused the issue. 

Also if the next update we release fails to install, then it's worth checking this FAQ:https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/98922-faq-installer-errors-setup-failed-installer-windows-ui-issues/&tab=comments#comment-541684  We normally find a restart of the PC resolves most setup issues.
