Exporting as PNG

I am trying to export a drawing as png.

It's drawn on iPad, then exported to Mac. Same size file and same dpi. 

I've added some text on Mac.

When I export it (1205x1724px) and print it out the lines become pixellated.  I don't know how to change this. 

I do one that works, but try the same way on another and it doesn't work!

1) Create the drawing in vector format in designer on iPad, then save it as an affinity file, (not as a .png).

2) Open the file in the desktop version, display at 100% and add the text layer.

3) Convert the text layer to curves (if necessary)..

4) Resize the document to whatever size you need.

5) Export as .png.

This should work as expected.

Hope this helped, as you didn't mention if you were using Designer or Photo, and what steps you were taking.
