Hello,

I've reinstalled Affinity Photo on my MacBook Pro 13,3'' (1280 x 800) and noticed, the left-most corner is ... "blurred" or rather "smudged". Quite strange as it's the only app where this happens and definitely not a problem with display, as I can take a snapshot of it (see attachment).

It's the easiest to compare "Mode" word with "New", "Add", "Substract" and "Intersect" as well as to the right of the red/yellow/green dots. Can anyone explain what's wrong?

Thank you

Hello Lutek14 and welcome to the Affinity forums
It’s a know bug affecting non retina Mac screens in the current retail version of Photo.
It’s been fixed in the latest beta version here:

But actually if you don’t want to try the beta you could just wait a few days as a new update for the retail version should hopefully be released sometime this week also containing the fix.
