n1t Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 Recently, affinity designer asked to upgrade to the new version 1.8.0.585. I renewed. Then the problems with the program began. Periodically, in the process of working with the program, the response from it disappears. When you click on any of the tools, nothing happens. You cannot minimize the program and do anything with it. It is necessary to remove the task and not always after these actions it restores the drawing. Who faced this problem? Dan C Posted March 9, 2020 Posted March 9, 2020 Hi n1t, Welcome to the forums Sorry to hear you're having trouble, this isn't a widely reported issue and therefore may be system specific. I'd like to suggest resetting your app to its default settings, as this may help the performance of the app. You can reset your app back to its default settings by holding down the CTRL key while launching the app. When the Clear User Data window appears, click Select All and then Clear. The app will now open.
