I click File > Place > and select the file and nothing happens. I don't get an error message. Nothing. I tried reducing the file to only one artboard (because I recall there being an issue with multiple artboards) and tried placing that new file. Still no response. What am I doing wrong? walt.farrell Posted February 27, 2020 Posted February 27, 2020 After using File > Place, did you put the tool cursor on the page and wait for it to change to the Place Image Tool cursor so you could position and size the file? What version of Publisher are you running? What version of Designer created the .afdesign file? If you're trying to place a 1.8 .afdesign file into a 1.7 Publisher document that won't work, and won't give you any error messages.
