Designer, Publisher and Photo Update Did Not Work on MacBook Pro, Worked on iMac

So very sorry to inform you this: update all didn't work on my MacBook Pro. Worked fine on my iMac. Both running Catalina 10.15.3. All apps installed in ~/Applications on both machines.

On the MacBook Pro: open each app, all show the "Software Update" dialog window, click the "Install Update" button, the "Software Update" dialog went away and nothing happen.

Reboot and try again...same

Just manually download and install for now.

The updates worked fine here on our MacBook Pro.

So did you have to remove the app and then reinstall or are you still running Affinity 1.7.3?

Hi, I have the same problem,  on my MacBook Pro not even an update window (running Affinity 1.7.3 with Catalina 10.15.3)

Hi pa_sailor and Welcome to the Forums,

As your brought Affinity direct from us, can you start Affinity Publisher/Photo up and in the top left corner click Affinity Publisher, followed by Check for updates.  Does that then find the update?
