Polly73 Posted February 24, 2020 Posted February 24, 2020 Hi I recently installed Affinity Publisher and have found since switching from the trial version to the paid for version that it won’t open (‘application not responding’). A couple of times it has worked after restarting the computer, but it isn’t satisfactory. Can you make any suggestions as to what is happening? Quote
Staff stokerg Posted February 24, 2020 Staff Posted February 24, 2020 Hi Polly73 and Welcome to the Forums, Can you try starting the app with the Control held down and you should get an option about resetting some settings. At this stage, i'd select All and click on clear. Affinity should then continue to load. Once load, please close it down by click Affinity Publisher>Quit Then try starting it up again and let me know the results Quote
