Hello,

I am looking for a hint to add helplines in Affinity Publisher. When I enter "helpline" (Hilfslinie in german) in the search field in the help window, no search result in publishers help can be found.

but when going via the chapters there is a help page for helplines... Why it isn't found by the search function? I think it's a bug...

sincerly,

markusd112

Hi,

thanks for your reply.

"Hilfslinien" is simply the plural of "Hilfslinie".

The search algorithm should find any variants of words, as well as part of the strings and case insensitive as well....

Best regards

No, all strings gives no result in Affinity Publisher's help:

hilfslinie
Hilfsline

hilfslinien

Hilfslinien

I think, there is a bug in the search function or in the help application? Affinity Publisher 1.7.3 on macOS 14
