Is anyone aware of downloadable presets that emulate the look of various film types such as Fujichrome Velvia, Ilford Delta, Fujichrome Provia et al?

Have you tried doing a web search for something like “Fujichrome LUT”?
A LUT – Look Up Table – is a colour Adjustment you can apply non-destructively to any layer.
