Trying to print project,it keeps printing non visible layer

I am trying to print a project and it keeps printing a layer behind a graphic that is not visible on print preview.  I took a shape and put a picture in it.  The outline of the picture shows up when printing.  I Don’t understand why it is printing it if I can’t see it in the preview.

If you export to PDF does the layer appear? If possible could you provide the file in question so I can look into this further?
