christianmasvikeni Posted January 7, 2020 Posted January 7, 2020 (edited) Good Day, 1234.mp4 My app keeps crashing when I use Frequency Separation even if I am just working on one photo. I've deleted the app and redownloaded it but I keep experiencing the same results. What can I do? I use a Macbook Air 13'' 2017 I've had the app for 2 years now and this problem started about 1 month ago. 1234.mp4 Edited January 7, 2020 by christianmasvikeni@icloud. Additional Information Quote

christianmasvikeni Posted January 8, 2020 Author Posted January 8, 2020 Not all Capture One files. It happens with all files. RAW from the camera and from Capture One. JPEG files as well. Quote
