But everytime when I open the app, my computer instantly turns black and restart afterwards. I could not refund from Microsft Store. HELP! Staff Dan C Posted November 27, 2019 Staff Share Posted November 27, 2019 Hi Claude Chen, Welcome to the forums This issue has been confirmed by Microsoft as a bug in the latest Windows 10 update in conjunction with OneDrive. Although launching the Affinity app can trigger the BSOD, it is unfortunately not the cause of the issue.
