But when l export to eps files and open on Ai all layer grouping are not correct. I separate one cartoon in one group but when export sometime it merge with some object in another group. when look in AI the result is correct but layer ordering and grouping is nightmare.please help check and suggest. Illustrator is only able to keep them after exporting because it embeds a copy of the illustrator file inside the EPS. I advise you to export as a PSD or SVG if possible to retain your layers.
