I'm very sorry to hear you're having trouble - could you please confirm, what happens when you try opening the app? Does it open and then crash when loading? Does it not load at all? Do you see an error message of any kind?

A copy of your most recent crash log(s) would also be useful here;

Please open Windows Run (Windows Key + R) then paste the following string and press OK:

%APPDATA%\Affinity\Photo\1.0\CrashReports\reports

In the window that opens, please select the most recently created dmp file, then attach this to your reply here.
