  1. My iPad auto updated Affinity Designer and now the fonts I have installed are not recognizable. I open any document and my typography designs turn in to some default font that I cant change no matter what I try. I have already tried turning my ipad on and off and updating to the newest ios. I have never had a problem on an affinity update but this is extremely frustrating. Some one please let me know if you also experience this and how it can be fixed.
  2. Hi guys! All my important fonts are now showing up as red in the font box and any design using those fonts are now being edited into a standard arial font! This is an absolute nightmare for me as I use these fonts daily for work and clients items! I’ve tried re-importing and seeing if they work but no luck! Any ideas why this is happening and how I can solve it ASAP? Thanks so much! Bobbi x
  3. Hello, since the last update of the app (iOs, iPad Pro), Affinity Designer has a problem to identify my installed fonts. There is no issue with the system fonts of Affinity, only with the installed fonts. It shows the font names in red with a question mark. I tried everything like re-installing the fonts, resetting the app, restarting the iPad etc.. As I'm using Affinity for selling designs it would be great if this problem could be solved as soon as possible. Thanks, Sunny
  4. I have installed several fonts in Designer (iPad). Now they don‘t reliably show up in the document, but get replaced. Weirdly enough they still show up in the „installed fonts“ section. Any help is appreciated. It is quite annoying since I don‘t know any way to solve this issue.
  5. Hi @Sean P We had this issue resolved on Ipad a couple days ago and now it is happening again - but I resolved it while typing this. So going to explain and hope this helps the development team. I redid the same fix you asked last time: - save project on ipad - import from cloud to open it again - and nothing worked. - now if I delete a font off of affinity designer ipad and then reload it back on it fixes ALL projects that glitched. Like all of them. So it's very strange how this glitch connects to everything. I did fix it, but again.. want to help with any information. xo - Leslie
