When is AFFINITY going to allow plugins to be made for their software? I would really like to use HOT DOOR CADTOOLS. Its an amazing plugin. I recently asked them if they intend on making a DESIGNER version. But they said AFFINITY doesn't allow this? This is odd, these other companies can help you grow and give us users the specific needs they require. This goes for PHOTO as well. AFFINITY your software is great, but it could be even more amazing with tons of companies supporting it. Please open the doors to these developers. If you don't believe me see how BLENDER had risen to the top of the 3D with completely open source coding. The addons for this software are amazing, making great software even better and one of the best communities for software ever. Just my thoughts Gary

I have a macOS updated to current Ventura software, I downloaded all of my V1 and V2 affinity apps from the developers site. First I installed V2 Migrated V1 into V2 when prompted Then I erased all V1 apps as best I could from Mac OS I have yet to see what this did or any effects this will have if any at all. Im interested in creating as much space on my computer as possible by getting rid of all V1 package contents, cache, etc. Can anyone tell me if there is a efficient way to do this manually and with out a cleaner. in my experience the cleaners still tend to leave a lot behind and id like to trash all of the old V1 contents. I just can’t remember which folders I should check in macOS , any help would be great ! Im also interested to know about the best way to install/uninstall 1) Install/uninstall A. Did you Uninstalled V1 affinity apps to include photo, designer, publisher, before you installed the V2 version? OR B. Did you Install V2 and then uninstall V1 apps after ? Did you encounter Any problems? did you find a solution? 2) Migrate V1 into V2 A.Did you migrate V1 into V2 when prompted ? OR B.Did you decide not to migrate V1 to V2 and install plug-ins add-ons etc. afterwards ? I bought the add on "Eleni Debo Brushpack" and downloaded it into my account. I can find it under brushes panel in A Photo, but it doesn't appear anywhere in A Designer. The sales page says the brushpack is compatible with all 3 Serif platforms. But, How do I find it in Designer?

I am running version 1.10.1 of Publisher on a Windows surface book 3. When I go to the "My Account" to download addons I can successfully download an addon but after the green tick mark appears when I click on the close button the application hangs (window and task manager show "not responding". After waiting 10-20 minutes I had to force the app to close. I have tried other addons and each appears to do the same thing. I have been successful in downloading the same addon in Affinity Designer (1..10.1) and all was fine there. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix/workaround? Cheers, Jamie
