  1. Yes, Please build an Affinity Photo app that replaces Lightroom. It would be nice to roundtrip to Affinity Photo back to an Affinity photo organization editing app.
  2. I am having the same problem - any geometry tool I use crashes program immediately. Using V1.8.1 on MacBook Pro OS 10.15.3
  3. Designer has been working well until today. I had a project opened and then it froze up. I closed the app and tried to reopen the app. It will not open. Just getting the spinning wheel upon startup. Under "force quit" it says designer is not responding. I have restarted my computer but that didn't work. Are there any bugs/fixes out there? I really need to get this fixed as I have a deadline.
  4. Actually, I think I figured it out. Whilst watching the tutorials + You Tube, everyone referred to reducing the quality below 100% to achieve a smaller file size. When I reduced to 85-90% to get a 4mb or less file, the jpeg export looked soft & not great. However, when I left it at 100% (which produced a larger file) it looked great. I need to use the app more and get used to the program but I do really like it. I purchased Photo & Designer for the iPad & my laptop so I could ditch Adobe. If only Affinity could create a Lightroom replacement or add DAM to the photo app - I could completely get away from Adobe. I like Adobe's stuff, but for Fuji raf files it's just not up to par and I will not pay for subscriptions. thanks
  5. What settings are people using to export jpegs. My photos are sharp in the app, but exporting gives a soft version? The in-app photo that is edited is sharp and does not need added sharpening or added clarity. After exporting and comparing the in-app photo & the exported version, they are not the same. I have tried different settings to no solution. What am I missing????
