Hi, is it possible to downgrade to V1 of Affinity Photo? I have a Windows 8 computer I'm not prepared to update for a while and didn't realize there was a big version jump when I purchased it (I usually only use the Windows boot for Designer 1, for vector and text occasionally). Thanks.

Just switched to Linux. I really liked Affinity Designer for graphic design and text, and was about to buy the publishing version, but it looks like there is no interest in Linux support and it appears that none of the Affinity programs work on Wine. I would definitely buy Linux licenses and happily pre-order. At this time I probably won't be using Affinity anymore. The desire for an OS that respects my privacy (unlike Windows) and doesn't lock me into their way of doing things (unlike Mac) exceeds my desire to stick with Affinity or keep my hundreds of Photoshop/Affinity brushes.

Hello, So far Affinity designer seems like a step up from Illustrator CS6 in at least a few ways, and I'm very hopeful about dropping illustrator entirely. Right now I'm having trouble expanding strokes. I attached a screenshot. The top one is the expanded stroke, the bottom is the original. Is there a trick to expanding strokes that almost make a spiral shape? That's where the problem seems to occur. Thank you.
