  1. I have the same issue with Designer 2 on a Mac. I never head that issue before and have been using Affinity for 3 years now. I can't save the file anywhere. First I thought it was the gradient but it is not. I also started a new file, saved the empty file without issue, copied the content in (nothing special) and tried to save again and now it's giving me that error message. Just had to make changes to the file after I closed Affinity Designer. Luckily I had a pdf saved that I imported, and I was able to save an .afdesign from that pdf.
  2. Hi MEB, Thank you for looking into this and hopefully integrating a solution for future uses. I was able to work around those files for now, thanks again for all your help!
  3. Hi MEB, I just uploaded that file plus another one I was trying to work with. Thank you.
  4. Thank you. Sounds like a lot of trial and error to figure it out and spending money on files I might not be able to use. Does anybody know if there is a solution planned by Affinity for the future?
  5. Hi DWright, Is there a way to disable the scripts or a way to see if a mockup uses them? Thanks!
  6. Hi! I enabled smart objects in the preferences of Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo in order to work on pre-purchased PSD mockups. The mockups seem to import/open correctly, but the design doesn't show. When I double-click, I can see and adjust/redo the design, but I still don't have a visual on it. How can I change that? Thank you!
  7. Same here. Using OS 10.13.6
