I am going to buy your App.
However, I want to confirm your Affinity Designer App that “Can I insert a photo and drawing over it like CS program?”. I mainly need the App which supports this one because I need to make the Illustration by my original sketch. I am using Macbook.

Regarding your question, yes you can insert an image or drawing/sketch you have drawn by hand and paint/draw over it using the software tools. To insert an image in a document go to menu File ▸ Place and select the image/drawing you want to use as a reference then click (or drag a marquee) on canvas to insert it in the document. You can also simply drag the file from a file explorer window (on Windows) or from Finder (on Mac) to the canvas of an opened document in Affinity apps.
