So - I get the feeling that Serif can't get its order system sorted out.
OK, then maybe they can suggest some other program that will - Take My Money.
This is becoming a joke. I am getting ads from Adobe saying that I can purchase their photographer solution and get the software in hours not days. Do ya think your competition is not monitoring your simple business failures?
Whoever it was at Serif who chose the company to carry out transactions should be fired for cause.
