I spent many hours trying your proposal, but it didn't work : I had to reconnect some pictures manually, then the file became very slow, spinning wheel, then many crushes, problems with the master pages, etc. And I ended up with a corrupt file totally unstable. I went back to the old file and old path. I had a similar experience trying to put some files on the cloud. I had to stop, nothing worked. Resources managing isn't really working well with APu. So be really careful with moving and renaming files !!!

Within an AP doc, I have 450 linked pics and I want to change the name of the folder where the pics are stored. The images are in a subfolder in the same folder as the doc. The links between the doc and the pics only work if the exact path is preserved. Is there a way to solve this simple problem without having to replace one by one the 450 pics with the new exact path of the pics ?

Thx. The file is still crushing with the new beta, and I don't have a Windows computer. Waiting for a solution !

anything to do with styles or with section TOC ? Publisher started crashing after manipulating styles and TOC.

I meet a big problem with a long document (about 160 pages). I have been working with it for months without problem, but now I cannot open it, Publisher crashes immediately (version 1.7.3, with MacOs Mojave). I really need the file, it represents months of work. Can I send you the file ?

AP should be also oriented toward large documents, which is not the case yet.

indexing is a very very important feature as far as large documents including the ability - to format precisely the index (with/without heading, with/without dots, etc.), - to see exactly what word(s) makes the entry (the blue flag shows the in point, but not the out point) - to remove easily an index entry
