I have exactly the same problem : Affinity 1.7 with Nik Collection 1.2 .15 . HDR Efex 2 does not work . What can be done ? I am on a trial version and will not buy this product if it does not work !

thank you for this reply If I use English as language on my Macbook , I think that I will have no trouble . But what I would like is to keep French as language on my Mac and to use Infinity photo in English ( including the help ) the links you gave me for the on line help lead to the French version again . I understand that the help function is not embedded in the Affinity Photo software . Ok fine , but is there a link to get the English version ? Sorry for the trouble and many thanks again for your help

Hy everybody I am French ,but I am using the trial version of Affinity photo with English ,as language on my MacBook Air because most of the tutorials are in English . So far so good , but when using Help , the language is French ... That is not very practical How can I manage to have help function in English .? Thank you for your advices
