Very odd Have just run half a dozen other photos through AF and some react normally whilst others don't. Anyway I appreciate your help so I will persevere. Knowing how to deal with it is half the answer 😱😄 Thanks again

I am not using any lens profile at all

I am using v2.1.1 on a Mac book pro Perspective corrections under LENS For some reason, in DEVELOP PERSONA, when I select VERTICAL the photo moves Horizontally and when I move HORIZONTAL the photo moves Vertically.

Latest update: Affinity Photo crashed again after loading a small recovery file. When re loading programme, ALL the assets had disappeared! This is VERY disappointing to say the least. I see I am not the only one to have had this problem. Please advise. Many thanks

File now uploaded (hopefully) correct box?? Have tried recreating but when you want it to it does not! On further investigation, it appears to be a memory problem - probably trying to load too many assets at the same time. Will persevere - your help and support greatly appreciated :-)

Affinity Photo keeps hanging and not responding so have to quit every time. Some Assets were downloaded from JR others I put in using Stock images. Would very much like a response on this please. Many thanks

Hi Sean Did you get file? Am still having trouble with my Assets. Sometimes they appear and sometimes they are missing. Sending in crash reports as well. Thanks

Many thanks your prompt reply. Since my last post I downloaded James Ritson's latest Assets and (blow me) all the others suddenly came back! Incidentally the 'other' assets are difficult to see and the 'falling snow' for example are all black(paper farms)! I suppose I should not have downloaded them in first place. I have also been experiencing this problem and have transferred my assets.propcol to your Dropbox folder as requested. All my Assets disappeared but all the Titles have remained. I am using Affinity Photo 1.9.2 Hope you can get this sorted thanks

I have been using AF for some time now and very recently upgraded to 1.86 when I upgraded to BigSur on Mac.However, since then I started to experience several problems the most notable of which was when refining a subject for creating a new layer. The refining part kept dropping out all the time.In order to try and resolve this problem I downloaded a trial version 1.86 and the software worked again.I also had a lot of trouble quitting the original programme and very often had to force quit.Have already paid for the full version I naturally do not wish to re purchase again. The software 'may have' corrupted during upgrade.Is it possible for me to have a link to reload the software please.

Managed to solve my problem ... there is an icon next to the various layers allowing one to upload/save either a slice or layer to a particular folder on a computer.

I am not sure this is a bug but just trying to get knowledge in how to export a slice. I am new to this software and am using it on an iPad.
