Multi Affinity Store Account Creation And Order/license Queries

Hi, I would like to buy a single mac licence for Affinity Designer and Photo for the small not-for-profit organisation I work for but for some reason can't create an Apple ID to do so. Is there any other way of purchasing? Kind regards, Bill.
