  1. Installed yesterday on Big Sur, following instructions on the DXo website - much smoother than last time and it appears to function much faster.
  2. Callum - Sorry for the slow response, Attached are two files: "_108007" is a RAW file shot in January; it opens fine in AP IP. The other was shot in April - "P4210007"; it will not open in AP IP. A few points: 1) Both files open just fine in AP on my iMac. Both the IMAC and the IPad (Pro) are running latest versions of AP and OS. 2) The first shot was taken with an EM-1 II; the April shot was taken with an EM-1 III. 3) In Finder and Preview on the IMAC, the first file shows the image for the RAW file. The later file appears with no image, only the Affinity logo (the corresponding JPEG files for both appear identical). Thanks in advance for your help! Tom _1080007.ORF P4210007.ORF
  3. I shoot Olympus and until roughly three weeks ago had no problem opening RAW files (.ORF) in AP IPad from ICloud Drive. And the older RAW files stored therein are still available for download. But everything I have shot in the last three weeks will not open in AP IPad, although AP on my IMAC still handles them just fine, and they appear as normal in Olympus Workspace. (An additional clue - Preview on the IMAC is no longer able to open these same RAW files, and they appear in the file list with an Affinity logo in place of the Preview thumbnail image.) Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated! Stay safe! Tom
  4. Many thanks to you, MEB. Just followed your most recent instructions and all seems to be functioning. Tom
  5. Having the same problem as everyone else - no opportunity to claim anything on the Welcome screen, nor any link found to create an account on the Store. You might want to get out in front of this before too much longer and come up with a definitive fix that works, as opposed to all the goofy work-arounds. Tom
