I am running Running Affinity ( Photo or Designer ) 2.4.2 on Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2 Most of the time, when I run the latest Affinity Photo or Designer on my windows machine, the windows task bar goes unresponsive. Has anyone else seen this issue?

I am using Windows 10. I use a Sony A6300 camera. When I try to open an ARW (raw) or JPG, Affinity Photo 1.7.3.481 immediately terminates. Any ideas?
