  1. Importing Word (.doc) files, TXT files and RTF files is an absolute requirement for me. Or, at least a conversion app. I have been using these formats for decades. Without them, I would not be able to use any of my old projects. That means I would have to start from scratch on everything. With literally a thousand web pages, multiple books, and other documents, I have lots to import if I am going to use something new.

  3. I am just starting Affinity photos today. The first thing I tried is a panorama. I followed the tutorial video on how to make a panorama. I wanted to use the Crop to Opaque function. Copying every step on the video, when I clicked on the crop tool, "Crop to Opaque" was not shown as a box on the top as it is in the video. I checked all of the options and boxes I could find, and I cannot figure out how to add Crop to Opaque to the toolbar, or why I cannot see it.
