  1. Hi, Just looking at the latest beta of Publisher. Is there no ePub support? I can find the devices ranging from iPads to Kindles but cannot seem to find any reference or support for ePub? Thanks for the help F
  2. Hi, Ok managed to replicate this one every time now. Here are the files... tumblrIcon.png is what I get when exporting to png from Affinity Photo. The tumblrIcon.jpg is what it should look like and the tumblrIcon.afphoto is the Affinity Photo source file. Can't really use the jpg version because I lose my transparency. So am having to export to PSD, then open it in Photoshop Elements (I know awful) then export it as png from there.... :( Frankster tumblrIcon.afphoto
  3. Hi, I've just encountered the issue on yet another cover. Got the ok to send it over so used your link. That is still a production title so I can't attach the screenshot here for that one but have the exact same tearing and white pixelated effect when saving to png. The .aphoto file has been uploaded for you.
  4. Will do once I get the ok internally to send out master file for a forthcoming publication. In the meantime, the other example of missing / distorted images when exported to png is attached. Frankster. bookCoverBoD.afphoto
  5. Hi, I'm having similar issues with the png export too. The exported file is missing all sorts of layers which are not at 100% opacity and when they do appear they are severely distorted. Attached Sample_.....png and .jpg are the same .aphoto export in png and jpg formats for a design for work. The jpg captures what it should look like (although at a bit of a loss of quality can't get why) the png is horrific... Frankster
  6. Hi, I am not sure whether what I am experiencing is a bug or just an un-intuitive way the software is doing things. When I have multiple files open (in Affinity Photo 1.5.1) and click on the 'x' to close the individual tab/file it prompts me to save it first (if it needs saving), when I click on Save it does the save but then fails to close the file/tab. I then have to click on the 'x' of that tab again in order to close it. When closing the application it does prompt to save unsaved files and closes the whole application ok. It seems to be just ignoring the close aspect when dealing with multiple tabs and unsaved files. It's definitely workable but seems rather unintuitive to have to close the tab/file twice because the command is not carried over post save prompt. Frankster
  7. Hi DesignMeister, Thanks for the tips! Got me started, thought I'd put this here in case anyone else looks for it in future. I had to create a shape, then add a gradient and from the gradient tool select the Type: Bitmap, the pic the graphic fill the shape with it. Then was able to use the right click Create Style. Worked perfect. Thanks for the help! Frankster
  8. Hi, Could someone give me a quick run-through on how to create these styles? There are options for Import Style and Export Styles but I cannot for the life of me find any information on how to create them? I have a lot of .asl styles from photoshop as well as their source pngs for textured styles. How would I go about either converting them to the AP equivalent so I can use them or starting from the textured pngs make a style I can use in AP then? Thanks for the help, Frankster
  9. any news on the inclusion of .asl (photoshop styles) addition to Photo? Is it even planned for this release?
