[Affinity Animator]

You guest it, I would animate asset from Affinity Designer. You can have the StudioLink like what you have in Affinity Publisher. Still would complete the workflow for vector/infographic/cartoon animators.

Even Procreate manage to this feature to their pixel drawing app. I hope to see such app in your suite.

[Affinity Chirographer - Font Designer]

Its something special, its for Font designers. The good alternative right now is FontLab, which I don’t like that vector capabilities. I would like Affinity Designer vector much more. So I could design font on move in Affinity Designer on iPad, then go to Affinity Chirographer on Desktop. Still would make a huge difference in time consuming workflow.

I would to able to edit on a affinity files at the same time from a Desktop and iPad. Similar to what Office 365 with can edit the same Word documentation collaborating session.

I don't know much how to explain it, so I have taken a picture of what would look like. Right now i'm setup the template in the Desktop Windows App and in the iPad open from cloud. Then click save and wait a while to reopen the drawing on the desktop for final work.

Scratch that - I just tried your file in 1.7.1 and that also freezes when selecting the Slices Panel.

Looks like files created/save with 1.7.2 will have this problem even I downgrade too. In the end, I downgraded the whole suite (designer/photo/publisher) to 1.7.1 and need to recreate the file.

hope you fix this bug by 1.7.3

Tried the "Control and open Desginer" Leave the 3 box click and then clear don't work/

Downgrade just Designer to 1.7.1.404 did NOT solve the problem either too.

I have a unusual issue with my designer file, I can't open export persona with this file. (tested on 2 computers also).

I have a new designer project and see that nothing wrong. Just this file has problem.

[Great potential and needs auto updates]

You software has great potential for me replace illustrator as my primary vector graphic design software for web and device. 

 

Please implement an auto updates features into the software.
