  1. Thank you ver much for this information and please inform me about this person who tried to log into my account !!!!! from Breda, North Brabant, 4822
  2. Hello for many projects I used InDesign (IDML/INDD). I would like to switch to Affinity but I need the possibility to export and reimport these files after being translated with a tool. Can we expect this import/export feature in the future as this is the reason for switching to Affinity. Wolfgang
  3. Thanks for the info. I hope this will be possible in the futor. This make your product very strong. I have tried ist with the VIVA Designer but it did not work as it should have worked. I'm asking this because documents created in InDesign can be exported as IDML and imported into our translation system (MemoQ) the be exported and displayed in InDesign without los of information !!!! Kind regards, Wolfgang
  4. Is it possible to in- and export IDML files with your new publisher software? IDML is an InDesign format containing all graphic information !!!
  5. Hello all, I'm very curious when the Publisher will be available in Beta version. Till now I'm using the quite expensive InDesign from Adobe. I would be interested whether there will be a plug in available for the new Affinity Publisher that plugs in into a database like MySQL or Firebird to create a Database-Publishing system for creating documentation like catalogues or user manuals in multiple languages!! I would like to hear from you whether this kind of program has been planned to be published by Affinity!!! Kind regards, Wolfgang
  6. Thanks for your fast reply. It's really a pitty as this format is very often used as for example with Adobe Framemaker and Indesign.
  7. Hello all of you, Quite often we require a graphic file in the Adobe illustrator format for further processing in a manual. Will Affinity Designer support this export format? Kind regards, Wolfgang
