That’s where I’m confused, because I’m sure that I’m using the correct details. I’m not sure which version I am using, I am a student at university and they have given us access to the apps, so I’m assuming it’s the paid version? I’m not entirely sure but the other applications they have given us access to were paid versions (others unrelated to affinity)

Hello, It says 'the affinity id or password was not recognised'

hi, i just made an account with affinity and downloaded affinity photo 2 on my mac and ipad. i am currently signed in on my online account, so i know it works, and i have verified my email. i am trying to sign into affinity photo 2 and it isnt working on the either of the apps (mac and ipad). i tried changing the password and that didnt help either. i'd very much appreciate any help
