i made a fresh document today and tried your suggestions i still have the pixels off the grid Test Pixel.afdesign

I think i found something today I tried to make the first time pixel art in Affinity Designer and found out da my pixels not synced with the the grid or pixel grid. I was setting up the grid to 1 pixel but this wasn't helping much pixels stayed off the grid
