  1. Negative, it’s 100% digital. The .pdf is generated through a point of sale system/distributor software (SX.e / Trend). I’m able to email myself a copy of the quote/invoice in .pdf format which I then tried to open in Designer.
  2. I figured out a work around, I believe the way the .pdf is saved is the issue. I opened the document in PDFGear and saved a copy (nothing edited), then imported that copy into Designer 2. It opened perfectly with no missing fonts and fully editable.
  3. Sure thing! The .pdf is an existing document. I’ve chosen both the “Import Document” and “Open Document” function, results are the same for both. I select the document which opens the PDF dialogue box. Choosing to replace or not replace the fonts brings the same result. Document attached, thanks! Submittal.pdf
  4. Howdy! Having an issue w/ importing a .pdf document into Designer 2. The word spacing on the doc isn’t arranged right, the letters on a given line are stacked on top of one another. The doc looks fine when looking at a preview in the downloads file, but importing is no bueno. Font shows it’s missing (CourierNew), but replacing w/ similar font doesn’t work either. Is this a font issue? Messing around w/ the positioning brings out some of the text, but otherwise there’s still an issue w/ spacing. iPad Pro 12.9 3rd Gen Ipad OS 17.1.2 Designer 2 version 2.3.0
