i want a refund too... the app affinity photo doesn't even open up when i click it...ive tried double clicking, I've tried to open it from my Finders in Applications and its not opening at all... i want a refund please

a few questions..how do you pick up color from paintbrush? and where is the liquifier tool? and where is the zoom - tool? i appreciate your help
