  1. This is a lot of hassle expected from a user. If this depends on windows, then the fix would be to make this a normal program again. This can be done by serif.
  2. There shouldn't be a "how to" necessary for something as common as installing a software You know there's something wrong if a user has to ask for this.
  3. Please make this a normal exe install again so we do not have to go through any troubleshooting procedures at all. Thank you.
  4. I completely agree. Bad decision. I have no problem with using system integrated apps outside my worklife. But this is something different. In a professional environment you'll want to have complete control over your tools. I am surprised that Serif does not seem to understand this. Also I am surprised that I can only accept cookies here and not select which ones, which is most certainly against regulations. I liked serif so far and their apps but this is going wrong.
  5. I never liked apps without a proper installer. Not transparent, no choices. Only problems.
  6. I can't seem to find an option to chose an installation path for Photo 2 in the msix installation app. I have all my working apps on a separate partition to keep the system drive clean. How do I do that with Photo v2?
