I have been waiting for the possibility to draw and print the measurements. For me, this functionality alone it would be worth upgrading to version 2. Without it, I will probably stay with 1

Understood. Permanent and printable measurements would have been reason enough to upgrade from version 1 to version 2, without it probably not worth it for me

Using Affinity Designer 2.0.0 for Windows. If I draw a measurement line with the measurement tool, the line disappears as soon as I change the tool. I would have expected to be able to keep the lines visible (and printable) with the measure. Same thing for the measurement of the area
