  1. Here are crash reports from my mac. Affinity Publisher 2 Affinity Store-2024-01-22-190054.ips Affinity Publisher 2 Affinity Store-2024-01-23-122911.ips Affinity Publisher 2 Affinity Store-2024-01-22-181411.ips Affinity Publisher 2 Affinity Store-2024-01-22-183051.ips
  2. They are in folders, which I suppose are in the cloud, though I had not thought about that.
  3. Not sure of your terminology, as I'm just a rookie. And we've found a solution by exporting the file as a PDF/X-1a:2003. Then all my fonts stay as Pantone Black. Thanks.
  4. As you can probably tell, I'm a relative rookie, and self-taught. So, thanks for the tips. I'm using APub 2 and the Mac version is Sonoma 14.2.1 (23C71), the chip is Apple M1 Max with a 32GB memory. The booklet is about 100 pages with about 600 linked images.
  5. They are linked but show as Missing. I managed to re-link them, some easily by identifying the folder, but many had to be replaced. A chore.
  6. I am working on AFP2 2.3.1 creating a booklet. The file size is currently 1.31 GB. Nearly all the images (about 500) became unlinked. This sometimes happens with the odd image on other documents as I work on them.
  7. I am working on AFP2 2.3.1 creating a booklet. The file size is currently 1.31 GB. As I work, at various keystroke or mouse clicks, the file crashes and has to be reopened. Also, occasionally I get a message to say the file is corrupt and has to close. I can then reopen it with all saved work intact.
  8. I am working in AFP2 version 2.3.1, creating a memorial book. I set all fonts as Pantone Process Black C, but when I export as a PDF the recipient (printing company) tells me the font colour is CMYK. We have tried various PDF formats to export, but all the same so far.
  9. Tried everything I can think of. May need to uninstall AFP and reinstall. Don't want to.
  10. Thanks Old Bruce, my usual remedy, too, but it has let me down this time. I’ll try again tomorrow.
  11. On my Mac Studio, when I create a text box there is no cursor and on an existing text box with text, the cursor does not appear when I double left click with my mouse. This all works perfectly on my iMac, both using macOS Monterey, and it is the same with two mice/mouses.
