Peter Turner
I am working in AFP2 version 2.3.1, creating a memorial book. I set all fonts as Pantone Process Black C, but when I export as a PDF the recipient (printing company) tells me the font colour is CMYK. We have tried various PDF formats to export, but all the same so far.
Hangman
Hi @Peter Turner, When you say the Process Black C is CMYK, do you mean just K100 or are they saying there are CMY values in there as well? I'm assuming you're not expecting a Spot Colour? Peter Turner
Not sure of your terminology, as I'm just a rookie. And we've found a solution by exporting the file as a PDF/X-1a:2003. Then all my fonts stay as Pantone Black. Thanks.
